In memory of Dr. E. James Chern, SBIR/STTR Program Manager for NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), who recently passed away on December 8, 2009 while attending the Mid-Atlantic SBIR/STTR Conference in Morgantown, WV.
