October 23, 2024 – The Hawai’i Technology Development Corporation (HTDC) is conducting a crucial study to assess the demand and supply of engineers across Hawaii over the next 1, 5, and 10 years. We aim to gather data on engineering workforce needs, categorized by island and discipline, as well as salary insights.

Your participation is vital in guiding workforce development and educational initiatives to meet Hawaii’s future engineering talent needs. For the purposes of this survey, an “engineer” is defined as any position requiring a minimum of an undergraduate degree in engineering. Please provide answers based on annual salaries.
