The Hi-CAP program helps Hawaii small businesses access capital by seeding local venture capital funds, providing collateral support for loans, providing capital to CDFIs to relend, and direct loans for catalytic projects that benefit the community. The program relies on partners who fund small businesses. The event brings together all of the HI-CAP program partners aiming to connect them with those engaged with small businesses, accelerating the deployment of federal funding into the Hawaii economy.
The program will include brief updates from each of the HI-CAP program partners followed by networking.
